We want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If your new furniture or decor doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
